This is usually 5-10% above market value, depending on your property. This package is the simplest and most reliable way for you to increase your properties yield. Please note that this option is not suitable for everyone.
If you believe in the power of short term letting and the sharing economy as much as we do, this option allows you to enjoy the spoils of shared success. Payments are made to you as guests arrive. We take a 20% fee from each booking
During the high seasons you will see your returns soar, In the low season profits dip slightly and returns may move closer towards traditional letting. However each property is different so speak to our team to decide which model is best for your property type and location.
